Turkuaz

Delicious food! Order the pilaf wrapped in grape leaves! The plate with dips is alright but better order 2 or 3 pita breads to sample and finish all the dips. They have a good selection of Turkish wines which can be ordered by glass at 660yen each. All the seats have sofas so mothers can lay their child down and eat. There is also a guard at the end of each table to prevent the unwanted spread of the virus. If you ask for water, they will serve it in a large brass container. Basic Turkish expressions are written on cards on the table so you can say thank you, etc in the language. The interior was very nice and lights on the ceiling were covered with a traditional-looking, colorful shade. Just make sure to bring cash as credit cards aren't accepted here.

Hummus was tasty, salad too and the wine was nice. Atmosphere was pretty authentic and the staff seemed helpful. Pricy though. Maybe worth trying lunch next time.

My goodness, but I have to hate this Chromebook. First draft lost again, second picture rejected... Starting over from zero. Highly Turkish atmosphere from the dectorations to the music to the menu to the staff. Only five seats at a counter across from the kitchen, but 14 more seats at tables on a mezzanine behind the kitchen. Wi-Fi available, but I didn't spot any charging. Saving the partial draft and will attempt to get a picture of the food before continuing with the rest of the review. No matter how hard the Chromebook tries to stop me!
